🍜 1. Ramen House Konjiki Hototogisu — IFC Mall

IFC describes a soup that blends Hamaguri clams with pork broth, and says the Tokyo shop, founded in 2006, held one Michelin star in 2019–2021. The operator describes clams, pork and fish, with noodles made daily from seven Japanese flours. That Michelin star refers to the Tokyo original, not this IFC branch.

IFC’s listed signatures include Tonkotsu Original, Tonkotsu Spicy, Shoyu Ramen and Shio Hamaguri Soup Ramen; OpenRice also lists a white tonkotsu bowl.

• From Central Station, follow indoor links toward IFC and allow extra walking time.
